High Tech & High Touch in Real Estate?

"The perfect combination of high tech and high touch," was how Alex Pierello, president of Realogy, described Century 21 Bradley’s new office at the Dupont exit of I-69 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Situated amidst one of the worst real estate markets in the country, Jim Bradley decided it was time to make a move – literally and figuratively.  Jim used the opportunity to negotiate great leases and hire otherwise underemployed contractors to build a state of the art, high definition television studio. This HD studio environment, which allows him to reach out to brokers, customers, and partners across the region, is the future of real estate.

Typically, the words “real estate” don’t conjure up the image of a tech savvy agent, but that’s exactly what Jim envisions for the future of his business. His agents will be able to conduct virtual home tours, display video testimonials, as well as create tips and other valuable content for home owners. Additionally, while agents are diligently traveling across the region to meet with clients, Jim can now connect with them virtually as they catch a few minutes before or after a showing. Through live streaming video or recorded updates beamed to their mobile devices, agents can catch up on regulations or refer back to inspiring talks like the ones recorded at the grand opening.

So how is Jim at Century21 Bradley, rethinking business?
